- There is no charge for the first consultation.
- A retainer may be required, at the attorney's discretion.
- Time charged, including telephone calls, review and
preparation of documents, or travel time, in increments
of two tenths of an hour.
- Expenses include: filing fees, service costs, jury fee, courier
fees,expert witness fees, court reporting fees, travel expenses.
- Contingency Fee: in litigation,with client's approval; if there is
any recovery, expenses are deducted from the amount of the
recovery; the attorney's fee is one third of the balance.
