- The charge for the first hour of consultation is $ 30.00.
- For basic wills, and most probate matters, a flat fee will be
charged; if extra fees are needed, no charges will be
incurred until you agree to them.
- A retainer may be necessary, depending on
circumstances.
- Expenses include:Clerk's filing fees, Court costs,ad
litem fees, (if needed), publishing notices to creditors
and court reporting fees.
- Contingency fees: in certain types of probate litigation,
with your approval; expenses are deducted from the
total amount; attorney's fee is one third of the balance.
